My office is located on the 5th floor of Landmark 1. The main door to the space will be propped open most times. Once you enter, please remove your shoes. There is a greeting sign by the door with instructions to ring the doorbell of your respective counsellor. To ensure a calm and peaceful atmosphere for all clients, please maintain a quiet demeanor in the waiting area.

Sessions can be paid by having a credit card on file and processed through the client portal or by sending an e-transfer before the session. Receipts are sent once payment has been received. Direct billing is not available, but your benefit provider should cover a Registered Social Worker (please double check your individual plan) and you can submit your receipt for reimbursement following the session.

I value and honour your time and ask that you honour my time as well. I kindly request that if you need to cancel your appointment, you give me 48 hours notice. Please note that this timeframe excludes weekends and statutory holidays. For example, if your appointment is scheduled for Tuesday at 10am, the latest cancellation notice must be provided by the preceding Friday by 10am. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a cancellation fee of the full session amount. This also includes the initial intake appointment. Appointments can be cancelled through the client portal or by emailing me.
-
To protect the health and well-being of all my clients and other professionals sharing the space , I ask that the following sick policy is respected:
If the person attending the appointment is feeling unwell or exhibiting symptoms of illness, please inform me as soon as possible to reschedule the session.
If the person attending the appointment is sick on the day of their appointment, please notify me via email or text by 9:00am to avoid the cancellation charge.
If the session is held virtually, you are welcome to continue with the appointment remotely if you or your child feels well enough to do so. Please notify me in advance to switch the session from in-person to an online format if appropriate.
If you or your child attend their session and are exhibiting signs of illness, I will end the appointment early and you will be billed the full session amount.
-
I use the practice management system Zanda, which includes a client portal that allows current clients to manage their appointments and view invoices. Current clients can access the client portal here. If you are new to my practice, you need to contact me first so I can register you. You will then be able to access the portal.
-
Clients who are already registered with my practice can schedule appointments for themselves or family members on the client portal
